Shada Hotels is a premium business hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, known for embracing local Gulf culture in its design and guest experience. However, their food and beverage (F&B) offering did not match their brand identity or the evolving Middle East market trends. Although Shada Hotels was well-established, their F&B lacked direction, strategy, and quality execution. The hotel needed to develop a complete food & beverage program.
