David leads operations. Has run multi-site restaurant and hotel operations for Marston’s PLC, plus Head of Operations at inamo and Senior Ops Manager at Chilango, with cloud-kitchen and multi-unit franchise experience. Builds the systems, training and unit economics that let brands scale.
