The Scale and Value Audit
The front door to working with The Food Guys. A paid, 30-day engagement that tells you, with numbers, exactly where the profit and enterprise value in your business is, and how to go and get it.
What it is
A focused, 30-day diagnostic led by senior operators. We go into your operation and your P&L, quantify the opportunity, and hand you a board-ready plan you can act on with us or without us.
What you get: the Scale and Value Blueprint
- A 12 to 18 month roadmap of 5 to 7 prioritised initiatives, sequenced by impact.
- A financial model that quantifies the profit and enterprise-value delta of each move.
- An investor and board deck you can put straight in front of a room.
- A live readout with your leadership team.
Our guarantee
By the readout we will have identified at least three moves that could add three times the fee in annual profit. If we haven’t, we keep working at no extra cost until we do, or we refund you.
It pays for itself
The fee credits in full against the first four months of a Growth Partner retainer, so if we go on to deliver the plan together, the Audit effectively costs nothing.
Who it’s for
Established, multi-site restaurant, hotel, and F&B businesses that are serious about growing profit and building enterprise value, and want a clear, costed plan before they commit to a larger engagement.
The fee
Starting from £5,000 plus VAT.
The exact fee is scoped to the size and complexity of your business. A single-site operation with straightforward numbers sits at the entry level. Multi-site groups, multi-brand portfolios, and businesses trading across several markets sit higher, because there is more to diagnose and more to model.
It is a fixed fee, agreed in writing on a short scoping call before any work begins. You know the exact cost before you commit, and it does not move once we start.
Where it leads
The Audit is step one of a simple ladder: Audit, then Growth Partner retainer to deliver the plan, and for the right businesses an equity or success-fee model where we only win when you do.
